Fall is the perfect season to cozy up with a hot maple latte. My-Cap makes it easy to enjoy this sophisticated drink with just a few simple ingredients and your favorite pod brewer. Using My-Cap’s eco-friendly brewer accessories, you’ll savor every sip while reducing waste. This recipe is an effortless way to elevate your autumn coffee routine.

Ingredients:

My-Cap’s hot maple latte is as easy to brew as it is delicious, with ingredients you already have in your pantry!

  • Freshly ground espresso, choose your preferred roast
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish

Instructions:

Make your delicious hot maple latte in as little as 1 minute! Just follow these simple steps from My-Cap:

  1. Brew the Coffee: Fill your My-Cap pod with your favorite ground coffee. Insert into your pod brewer and brew a 1/4 cup (about 2 oz) of strong coffee.
  2. Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan or milk frother, heat the milk over medium heat until it’s warm and frothy, but not boiling. Alternatively, you can heat it in the microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Mix the Ingredients: We like to draw our espresso shot straight into our maple syrup (add vanilla extract for a bit more richness).
  4. Finish: Pour the hot milk into the coffee mixture and stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for an added touch of warmth and flavor. Enjoy!
